Please note: this binary image was linked with on old (beta 18) version of the Cygwin Win32 development environment. It requires a Beta 18 release of the CYGWIN.DLL file to be present in the same directory as dxpc.exe, or on the search path.

This is out of date, unsupported, and probably unstable. Use at your own risk.

A better option is to grab the 3.8.0 binaries, which are linked against the current (beta 20.1) version of Cygwin, or to use the current Cygwin version to compile your own binary from the sources.
